GECK Professionals Forum Introduction
It was the vision of our General Overseer to see all the professionals deeply engaged in the advancement of GECK's vision and mission. To harness skilled professionals in churches, the church leadership established a framework to identify their talents, onboard them, and delegate tasks effectively to derive value from their unique skill set.
The forum seeks to discover the available skill set for professionals within the local churches to effectively leverage their skills in ministry and in the marketplace and enables professionals to see how their particular skills can contribute to the larger mission of the church.

Community
Create a community of believers who are professionals in their area of work/expertise, with evidence of training and qualifications.
Networking Arena
Networking arena beyond the boundaries of Local Assemblies. Unified by the common GECK identity, it is possible to build a national forum.
Bridge the gap
Fill the gap between professional and ministry work by creating programs that promote the integration of faith and professional skills, abilities, and talents with realities in the marketplace.
Create Opportunities
For skill based service by delegating with confidence, which ultimately frees up pastoral staff for spiritual duties.
Mentorship
Create a fertile ground for inter-generational mentorship where the experienced professionals connect with less experienced members, thus creating a culture of guidance and growth.
